Hi,
command line parameter -priority 0 adds these headers:
X-MSMail-Priority: Low
X-Priority: 5
Priority: normal
Importance: normal
Outlook 2013 adds only these headers for an email with priority low:
Importance: low
X-Priority: 5
It seems that Outlook 2013 prefers "Importance". Hence, blat's parameter -priority 0 doesn't mark an email as "priority low".
Bye.
