You mean you had rebooted computer but stunnel did not start automatically though it is configured to do so?

Does "When I manually start the service" mean:

net start stunnel

or something else?

The Service "ImagePath | Path to executable" should be something like:

"Z:\PATH\STUNNEL.EXE" -service -quiet stunnel.conf

where stunnel.conf is in the same directory as the stunnel executable.
